Since 1935 we have always produced wines from red berried grapes. In 2015 we created a product starting from a local native grape, the Garganega, a grape that finds its origins in the Verona area and today more widespread in the eastern area but in the past also present in the Valpolicella Classica.

Training system: Pergola Veronese

 

Plant density: From 3,000 vines/ha per plant.

 

Harvest: Strictly by hand

 

Vinification: Short and soft pressing of the whole grapes, subsequent natural fermentation in steel. Cleaning from heavy lees to continue with the natural malolactic fermentation. Repeated mixing operations of the noble lees (batonnage). Filtration-free bottling.


Gastronomic matches: Fish appetizers, white meats, seafood risotto, egg-based dishes, unstructured foods in general.


Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.

Number of bottles produced: 10,000 bottles of 0.75 lt
